Upham Design

This group of new work entitled "Afloat" is the marriage of shape and form as seen in coastal life. The exaggerated light of a bright summer day to shoreline shadows thrown onto the water's surface; organic shapes and man-made form come together. As a painter and designer, I gravitate to these elements to tell a visual story. Strong color becomes my punctuation mark. My wish, that this visual story compels you, ro examine color, take notice of the light of a day and be drawn to all that surrounds us.
